LDAP Certificate Browser may be used to manage the X509 certificates from your CA hierarchy. This tool allows you to obtain detailed information about user certificates stored on LDIF file.
This tool works with LDIF files exported from Windows 2003 and Windows 2008 Active Directory using ldif –f switch and exported LDIF files from VeriSign Control Center solution.
